Research- My research question is about the morality of using data gathered by Nazi experiments. I think that the info gathered by the experiments should not be ignored, but analyzed, because these experiments cant be replicated. Problem is, I can't say that in my paper because I have to be strictly neutral when writing an informative essay.
My research topic involves Nazi experiments committed on Jews, which may seem like a report, but is actually more focused on morality. The moral question at hand is whether or not to use valid data gathered by these experiments. I personally have an opinion, but I'm trying to be fairly neutral about this, as it is a presentation of several opinions more than an expression of just one.
Fascinating topic Richard, although I bet it's hard not to put in your own views on morality in this paper. (Use the data, I say).
ReplyDeleteAs Charles has said, it is quite an interesting topic and one I have not put much thought in to. I seem to be lacking in the morality department, based on my opinion on the research. Then again, it inversely saves lives - possibly many more - than the ones that were taken during the research. Not that I condone the taking of lives in the name of science.
ReplyDeleteGreat job on switching from informal to formal. This seems like an interesting topic. How did you come up with such an idea? Good luck and have fun with this topic and research paper.
